RUSSELL L. COMPTON

With more than 37 years of experience in the offshore oil, gas and marine industry, Mr. Compton has held positions with a progressive level of responsibility in Operations up to the President Level. Russ understands the requirements for the safe and efficient operation of offshore marine industries. Russ has wide experience in various locations including the Canadian High Arctic, European North Sea, South America, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Australia. He specializes in building profitable and efficient operations. Russ has also been recognized for his contributions in Health, Safety and Environment with an ADNOC HSE award.
As a native of Prince Edward Island, Russ has dedicated himself to creating a company which will support, invigorate and grow the local economy. He strives to use local companies and suppliers wherever possible in order to build the economy of Prince Edward Island, Atlantic Canada and Canada. This will include manufacturing as many components and, indeed, the vessels themselves locally as soon it is feasible.
