Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Running SETI@home offers regular folks like me the opportunity to join in the search - to be a part of something that could potentially lead to our greatest discovery - SETI@home makes one feel like part of the team.
I'm hoping to see a continual expansion and a rapid evolving in SETI's capabilities and support...love to see more positive public awareness of SETI, especially in our children's schools..."they" are the future of SETI.
SETI@home and Astropulse are funded by grants from the National Science Foundation, NASA, and donations from SETI@home volunteers. AstroPulse is funded in part by the NSF through grant AST-0307956.
