Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
Is there another form of intelligent life out in another galaxy? This is my question… In all probability, I would say yes. Will we ever communicate with them? Will we have the mental capacity? Remember they just traveled 100 light years or more to find us. Now imagine how far advanced one race would have to be, even if they were some advanced human race. They say (Smart Guy Scientist) that the Galaxy is expanding, and one day will contract. How did we become to exist? Not even the smartest person on the earth will ever know in this lifetime exactly how this fully happens (or will they?), and how many times has it already happen. Is the big bang a repeating pattern? It kind of leads me to believe that after 3 or so big bangs some type of race had know how to live in another realm, a different frequency of life. I know it sounds whack, but so does the thought of the Human Being. Try to put infinite in your mind, try to imagine that space doesn’t end. Or does it, what’s the end of end? I think that's a good analogy for every day life. And is one of the most important questions for mankind, I run SETI on my computer hoping someday that some other realm or one of the infinite advance civilizations can answer questions that we cannot.
