I am a fifty years old male who likes to read anything of the scify/fantasy genre and also like to watch it on the tv. I am also into photography but after an accident last year when I was knocked off of my scooter and badly shattered my right hip and damaged the ligaments in my right knee as well as the kneecap and a fractured right hand I haven't been up to much for the last eighteen months. have been married to my wife Kim for the last eighteen years and how she's put up with me recently l don't know anyway that's enough for now.
Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home
I us only suggesed to run seti@home on my computer years ago and now that I don't have a computer at the moment I thought I would try it on my smartphone
I think the project is a good idea to get the use of people's computing power to help speed up the processing of all the data that would take years to do otherwise
The only suggestion I could think of would be an app add-on that helps to keep the phone cool and still keep the main app running as all of my battery apps keep telling me to turn off boinc to cool down the phone.
