| Thoughts about SETI and SETI@home |

I ran the original SETI@Home for a bit, ran the new one for a period in 2014, and over Christmas 2015 decided to get back into it when I got my hands on some older (2009ish) server hardware from a family member's old business.
I now have a little mini-farm setup in my shop consisting of said server, an older desktop that I overclocked, a pair of laptops (one from the same 2009ish era, one only about a year old), and a pair of android phones. Not much really, but most of them were free so it works for me. |
