You are welcome to join us! we are currently 74 members (it says that only 17 members are active) (you will timeout as an active member when below 0,11 avg. credit) You are very welcome to join our team in the search for ET, but don´t just join and then not intend to run, if so, then you will be removed from the team. The German SETI Wow event 2019 is now over, we finished on number 35 as a team, not bad at all, thank you :-) Our results/status, click here It`s time to remove inactive members again, found some not even running for more than 10 years, and for most of them, i can crunch that much in a few days alone, don`t get me wrong, i do appreciate all, but then again i do not collect on inactive members, especially the one`s i don`t know, thank you... Update: have successfully removed 26 inactive members, all inactive for more than 2 years, and a few, 10 years even, thank you... Happy crunching all. Go check out our forum Our forum (login account required) Our 2018 status, click here We have a few members in top 5% and several members in top 25% in average credit at the moment If you´re having any probs with your settings in BOINC Manager then don´t hesitate to ask. Let´s say you have a PC with 2 or 4 or more CPU core´s then you can set it to 50% you´ll find that setting in BOINC Manager under: Tools> Computing Preferences> On multiprocessor system, use at most> type in " 50 " in that field then click OK and it will run only half your CPU core(s), and you will not feel it´s running in the background. På Dansk: i BOINC Manager under menuén: Indstillinger>Beregningsindstillinger...> undermenu punktet: Beregner>Forbrugsgrænser: indtast f.eks 75 for 75% af PCen´s CPU kerner, klik derefter Ok. så hvis du har en processor med 4 CPU kerner kører den så med de 3 af dem, og du har en CPU kerne ledig, eller hvis du har en PC med 8 CPU kerner, kører den så med de 6 af dem og 2 CPU kerner ledig. og du vil ikke mærke at det køre i baggrunden. Info om GPU indstillinger i forum´et (på dansk) If you have more than one PC/Laptop´s and Android devices you can install BONIC Manager on those aswell and run SETI in your account at the same time. Yes, thought it was time to remove those members who just joined, but never crunched any data bit´s, all with 0 credits, you see, i actually only want active members on the team, let´s see what happens in the near future...
