Run without screensaver?
(Message 1351070)
Posted 27 Mar 2013 by JD Crownover Post: Never mind. It looks like it's as easy as simply going back into desktop preferences and turning off the screensaver. The SETI@Home portion does still start up on schedule. |

Run without screensaver?
(Message 1351058)
Posted 27 Mar 2013 by JD Crownover Post: I use to belong to SETI@Home years ago, and have just rejoined. I believe everything is running OK, but may be too early. My question is: Can I run this WITHOUT having the BOINC (or other) screensaver come up? I would prefer it just run in the background like my Norton 360 does. I set to "never" all the screensaver options in Windows, but it sill pops up. Suggestions? JD Huntsville, AL |
