Are the global melters still lying?
(消息 999948)
发表于:2 Jun 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: According to the SCIENTISTS and their SCIENCE in 1989 the point of no return was 2000, if not a year earlier. Global warming is IRREVERSIBLE from that point. So, according to the EXPERTS, we are BEYOND the point of no return 10 YEARS ago. But Fbomb, same scientists give us ANOTHER 10 YEARS fromn today? My common sense isn't flawed, but contradictory claims are. According to science, it doesn't matter what year we live in. Latest prediction? Fbomb, we've got 10 years to change it. circa 1989. |

发表于:2 Jun 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: ML1, you are a deadset idealist, and base none of your data on scientific FACTS from the EXPERTS and their data. 20 years ago we had 10 years. No more, no less. Scientific fact. Then global warming was irreversible. Scientific fact. Geez, unless those same scientists that predicted that have a new prediction!! Well, Fbomb me. We've got ANOTHER 10 years. That'll take us to, say, 2010. But PRAISE THE LORD AND HALLELUJAH. WE ARE DELIVERED, we've got ANOTHER 10 years to reverse it. But Fbomb me, the SAME scientists predict that, that gave us 10 years 20 years ago!! Christ, im going to go into fortune telling: I predict, in the year 2015, we'll have 10 years to stop the effect of global warming. So by 2025, it'll be irreversible. I'll quote science on that one. Do i believe the scientists, or the constant corrections to the errors they've made? I know science is progressive, and errors are made. But to keep making the same error again and again? Reeks of religion and burying ones head in the sand and hoping. Well, praying. |

发表于:2 Jun 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: Ok, i'll set your ass straight ML1. You want to make it public, and not a private affair. Since 1989, experts have been claiming we have 10 years to act, from 1989, to stop global warming. After that the current effects are irreversible. YOU GET THAT???? 1989, science says we've GONE. NO RETURN. KAPUT. So, between 1989 and 1999 there were few/if any (an actual increase in emissions) reductions in Greenhouse emissions, from 1989 to 1999 the effects of what we've done so far are IRREVERSIBLE (according to global climate change scientists). So, according to the Global Experts that tell us we have YET another 10 years until the point of no return, those SAME EXPERTS said in 1989 we had 10 years until the point of no return. So, going on what the EXPERTS say, no matter what we did with carbon emissions, climate change was irreversibla from approx the year 2000. That was predicted by the EXPERTS in let's say 1990. Why should i not believe the scientists claims? After all, they're paid to do the science, not theorize. The SAME EXPERTS you quote your data from today, said it was IRREVERSIBLE 20 years ago. Yet we still have 10 years. Fbomb, you don't need to be Einstein to draw a conclusion from that. |

We can attack middle east countries on the false pretense of Weapons of Mass Destruction, but then we can change the approach to Liberating certain countries of dictators. Whatever fits our needs at the time. We can give it a label. Of course there are other ways. But it always involves the US exerting its military might. Iraq, Kuwait. Where the Fbomb can i get my cheap oil if the right goverenment is in place? |

发表于:31 May 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: I read Chariots of the Gods quite a few years ago, well, over a decade. Recalling what i remember + a quick webernet refresher course, i must say i find it about as compelling and evidential as the old testament. Alien civ's visiting at various times throughout history all in the guise of human form. About as much physical evidence as there is of Atlantis. There's a lot of coincidentals, and much inferring, but not many hard facts. Edit.. In essence, it suggests the human race was too stupid to discover what we have, and alien influence was needed to get us on the road to science, mathematics, astronomy etc. |

发表于:31 May 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: As far as i can tell, there's been no deflecting. Opening statement quotes the arguement. 'Experts' have been saying every 10 years that we have 10 years to act. It's been 20 years and we still have 10 years to act. That is self explanatory Luke. The arguement is, when do we start believing the experts? They've been weighing in with their expertise, as Matt has stated, since the 1980's. They've been wrong apparently since the 1980's with their predictions. So why give any creedence to what they are saying now? We'll always have 10 years to act...according to the global warming experts. edit:spelling. |

发表于:28 May 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: I'm kind of confused with info on one of those linked websites http://www.khazaria.com/genetics/abstracts.html There in the opening statement, right at the end it says.. All existing studies fail to compare modern Jewish populations' DNA to ancient Judean DNA and medieval Khazarian DNA, but in the absence of old DNA, comparisons with living populations appear to be adequate to trace geographic roots. Yet later on it says.. Sephardim also descend, in a smaller way, from various non-Israelite peoples. So, if there's no old DNA to compare against, how is one certain that they are all descendants of Israelites? Did we manufacture some DNA for convenience? Kind of contradictory. :) I like your sources skildude. They are very much confirming the facts of the original post. |

发表于:27 May 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: The Egyptian people are still the same Egyptian people, genetically. That hasn't changed for thousands of years. Yeah, i read a bit. The people? I'm not knocking the people. They can kill each other willy nilly for all i care. Genetically? Well, i'd like to see your resources/information sources on that. Most Jews immigrated to Israel, and have as much genetic claim as i do to a hedgehog. It is an adopted religion also, all through history. Don't always have to be born to Jewish parents to be one. I was correcting you on your reply to the initial post. Not all Jews live in Israel. It was not aimed at Israel, as i read it. It simply stated errors in history and religion that people take for granted as true, as they don't know any better or don't care to know. The post contains some enlightening information, and of course it will always get under the skin of those who don't like their faith questioned. I despise all religions. My 2 cents worth. Edit.... It's just like saying all Roman Catholics must be of Italian descent, as that's where the Church started. So all Catholics have a claim on Italy. And how far back do these genetic links you speak of go? 500 - 1000 - 2000 - 2500 years? It is no different in recent history with Catholics and Protestants in Ireland, but their genetic links are a damn sight more provable. They are the same stock. It's just religion in which they differ. Genetically, pick a point in time and we are all related somewhere. |

发表于:27 May 2010 作者: Fayvitt Post: But the stories they tell are taken as literal fact. A whole religion, a whole wannabe state is based upon those "stories" that they deem historically accurate, and to be God's word. And look at how one is criticized for saying otherwise? You just admitted they aren't accurate. When did defending lies/falsehoods become necessary? Is it a hate crime to say a spade truly is a spade, and not a shovel? I did some research, as you suggested Matt Giwer do. Umm, the Egyptians are still around. The Phoenicians are still around. Except they learnt from history. To get along. They aren't fighting continuously, still, for more land. |
