They also told me that there were several treatment options, but the option with the best chance for a long life was to amputate my leg above the knee. I took that option and I am still here. Severaal days after the surgery I had a very long talk with myself about how I was going to proceed with my life and I came to the concludsion that there was two choices. I could be happy or I could be sad and mad at the world. I then ask myself which kind of a person would I want to be around. I chose to be happy and I am glad that I did. You are right attitude makes all the difference in who we are. I will now climb down off of my soap box and put it in the fire. Have fun Pellinore

My father-in-law was trying to start some new trees and had a problem with the deer eating them. I was traveling a lot then and collected Hotel soaps for him. He hung a few of them in each tree and it seem to keep the deer away. Have fun Pellinore

It is very similar to what you might find around Area 51, depending on the time of the year. I find that most people who like Mexican spices will like Menudo if they do not know what it is. It was usually available on the weekends when is is needed most, and seeing how long it takes to prepare I now under why it is not always available. Have fun Pellinore

(Message 916052) Posted 9 Jul 2009 by Pellinore Post: I lived in Las Vegas for about 6 years, and I want you to know that it is suggested that you take a least a gallon of water for each person in your car, if you plan to leave the city limits during the summer. Several people die each year in the desert from exposure when their cars get stuck or break down. You should be aware of flash flooding which can be sudden and deadly, when it rains. Plan your trip carefully, because the desert can be dangerous. Have fun Pellinore
