Its someting that most people take for granted.

They buy a PC and then forget to service it.

All PC's regardless of type should be serviced at least every six months. It does not take long, is not hard as PhonAcq found out, and it extends the life of the machine drasticly.

I usually service my PC's the same weekend that I service my car's. Helps me to remember.

So remember everyone the cooler your CPU, the quicker it runs. :)

P.S At least that is what they told me during my Software Engineering Degree.

All advanced users here don't even do that since the graphics is disabled by default with the optimized clients, and is therefore unavailable. But we know, that you knew, that anyway since your stats bear that out. Thank you for your illuminating input.

Akosf's optimized app for Einstein still has the graphics, still with massive improvement in speed.

Thus graphics disabled maybe the norm for most optimized apps but I don't think that it is the default.

Well, they'll be in to the lab in about 3 hours.

Cool as long as the downloads keep on coming it's not really a problem!

There is some problem, few of my results got through and got validation errors.
So I would suggest you all suspend network activity until they sort this problem out.

OK. Good Idea.
But how do I do that?
Thanks

While checking other results of members of the quorum, I noticed that some results are blocked in red.

I was just wondering what this means?

Thanks
