In my second post I provide link to Processor Queue Length explanation only. I forgot that this page contains link to SMII

Also
"Many of the installers using the platform have been rated adware and Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP, also PUA), by anti-malware product vendors"

adware and Potentially Unwanted Programs not a viruses. And what they mean Potentially Unwanted Programs?
For me Potentially Unwanted Programs - game Word of Tanks that my son plays. For my son Potentially Unwanted Programs is C++ compiler because him lazy and don't want learn programming :)
For my wife Potentially Unwanted Programs is BOINC for many reason.

I can't delete my second post.
So please. Don't click any link in my second post please.

You installed a whole new operating system. If that's the only thing changed, don't you think that's the first thing you should look at?

Yes. That is reason to ask? Why in new OS so big processor queue length? It is problem OS or other software? My preferences doesn't change. I'm sure. Always use 100% CPU. Problem not in big CPU usage. Problem is big CPU queue. Why?

Agree with this but 2 month ago I have 1-3. Nothing changes. No additional program installed

I'm old cruncher and use BOINC more than 10 years. Crunch for SETI@home. Now use Windows 10 64 bit and BOINC 7.6.9 (with Lunatics). Watch for my CPU and see VEEY BIG 12-15 processor queue length. I don't know where it happened but my PC reeze time to time. Any ideas?
Thank you
