Have been way too busy elsewhere. But I don't think it had anything to do with a squirrelly craving for nuts in an airplane where the supplies suddenly ran low.... Can't be about me neither, I know that my steps in cyberspace are being monitored closely but I highly doubt that my cyber stalkers have found out what I did to that guy who dueled me too much and had an attitude towards me about it. He has suddenly seen himself quite defenseless when the big guns came after him. Hehehehe! ::evil laughter:: The one who laughs last etc.

I haven't seen any clouds like these here. I started to study clouds back when I was a skydiver, that's a way to study if you can jump or not, because the cloud layer has to be above 10,000 feet when you are skydiving from normal height, else you have to jump from lower heights. These new kinds of clouds, what heights are they usually lying in?

I didn't bother to play that game, I was too busy setting up a php board for my towns. I started a third town yesterday, so we really need a cross town forum. It took me some time to figure out how to set it up, but now it's up and running and people have started to arrive. Nice! :-D I'm all alone in the new town, I think I'll have cabin fever if I have to stay there by myself for too long. :-(

I had worked on a project about clustering, and then my friend mentioned Seti@Home as the biggest cluster in the world. Well, I now know that Seti wasn't a pure cluster project, such as Beowolfs and other, but I mentioned it to my exam as an example of a distributed computer project that could relate to clustering, and the biggest of them all. At that time all I had was an old 486 and no net connections, but in the summer 2004 I was able to buy a new computer and got an internet connection, and I downloaded the old Seti classic client. The teamleader of that team I joined with back then was into BOINC, and he advised me to create an account in the Seti BOINC project, it was only a few days after it went public, and so I did. It wasn't possible to get WU's very often those days, which those of you who were here back then know well, so I crunched a few more Classic WU's and then, after the WU's here started to flow more easily, I became a pure BOINC cruncher. And I have been ever since.
