This formula lacks one fundamental member: the fn part of the sniffer is so subtle that the neighbors can become supernovae and sterializuouti planets. Knowing the path of universe development and the patterns of star formation, it can reduce the amount of possible intelligent life in several ways.

I think, that the problem consists in not perfection of management of start of problems.
At present at me two clients have in turn on two problems. The program has started both problems of one client. Loading of the processor 100: %. But the program has not started on one problem of each client. Thus, there are situations in which processor is loaded only on half.

The program loads processor only 50%.For me works two clients. It is very bad, that they work in shifts, instead of during one time. The processor stands idle.
