My question is whether there is anything I need to do with my BOINC/Seti@home. I have the latest release installed. Will I need to reinstall? Will BOINC stay alive and just keep on rolling? When I installed it the protected mode box was checked, and it installed without errors, warnings or complaints. Yet, my tasks very clearly say they're CUDA. Maybe it just isn't running in protected mode? Anyway, what do I do to get the cool graphics I'm after? Also, how do I determine if astropulse is running? (Message 841238) Posted 18 Dec 2008 by demianio Post: I installed boinc/seti@home today on my vista machine with CUDA graphics card after several years without it. Problem is I can't get it to show graphics either from boinc manager or in the screensaver. All I get is the lame boinc screensaver that just floats around saying the % of work done. I installed in protected mode, and based on other posts I thought that was supposed to allow graphics, but it clearly didn't in this case. I can't seem to locate any buttons or menu options that will let me get the cool graphics I used to get with Seti@home back in the day. Any suggestions?
