I think that these complaints about CreditNew are better placed on the BOINC forum

I don't think that SETI@Home can do much about it.

At the moment I normaly get about 100 credits for 15.000 sec of CPU-time.

But now I have got a WU that only ran for less than 11 sec and I got 74 credits for this WU.

I am puzzeled.

Thanks for the response.

I see on my own PC I don't get any new work either.
Only 32 left to crunch.

How do I get rid of the ghost files?

My wife has less then 10 CPU wu's to crunch (0 GPU)
But there are about 1180 ghost WU's on her account, so she doesn't get any new work.

I have an i5 with 2 cores and 4 threads.
My cache is down to 155
I have no problem uploading or reporting work.

I expected to get new work when my cache was down to 200.
But still I get the following messages:

11/9/2012 7:33:22 AM Requesting new tasks for CPU
11/9/2012 7:33:35 AM Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks
11/9/2012 7:33:35 AM No tasks sent
11/9/2012 7:33:35 AM No tasks are available for SETI@home Enhanced
11/9/2012 7:33:35 AM This computer has reached a limit on tasks in progress
11/9/2012 7:33:35 AM Project has no tasks available

What is the limit for my system?

Thanks, that explains the options a bit. :)

But when I put in 10 and 0 then it waits till I have nothing left before new wu's are downloaded.

In that case, I will change it to 5 / 5 and see what will happen.

Thanks.

I now have enough wu's for the next 16 days.
I thought the cache couldn't be larger then 10 days.

I did put in:

Maintain enough tasks to keep busy for at least (max 10 days): 9.5 days
... and up to an additional: 10 days

Should I change something?
