Tried CUDA version over past 3 days....

Ensured Video card had latest drivers (Geforce 8400 GS, driver version 178.24)

Estimated times for workunits looked much shorter... but kept crashing my video card....

Vista machine running quad core....
Normally 2 cores assignesd to Boinc

Rolled back to earlier NON cuda version..

Hmm....... Tried it........!

A 3 hour average workunit dropped to 17 minutes.......

BUT unfortunately... it kept crashing my Nvidia 8400..... even WITH the latest drivers....

Rolled back to a NON cuda version......

Remove the bugs... and I'll try again..!! ;)

one small practical thing. They have to send out a letter for tax reasons to every donour. And that mail costs money,

Don't forget....

Just because you return a completed work unit... doesn't mean you instantly get credit for it......

Seti holds on to completed work units, untill other users have completed the same work unit, before working out what credit you should recieve.
(Try going into your stats, you can find a list of returned workunits that are awaiting confirmation!!)

And I have noticed, that the project doesn't always seem to automatically update, when uploading work units....

My machine stays on 24/7.. no problems here...
