Tell your team member to give them back for a full refund please! Actually, if your team member re-installed BOINC or made other system changes (such as renaming the PC), that would cause BOINC to ignore the old WU's and just refill the cache. I have noticed that BOINC downloads enough work to fill your cache based on CPU benchmarks and actually usage times. Tell your team member to let the PC run and see how many WU's he/she can finish before they expire. As for any unfinished WU's, there really isn't anything to do about them - Seti won't reissue them until after the deadline has passed. <a>
