Post: Hello Mikey, Thank you for your response and question. I have a NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 video card. The screensaver has been working since I started running Seti@Home and it is only recently that the screensaver has stopped loading. The program is working as designed but it is just annoying that the screensaver has gone on vacation without notice . . . Thanks again |

Post: Greetings, I just upgraded to BOINC 5.8.15 as the screen saver stopped displaying the graph and related data. I have a black screen with the message 'BOINC screensaver loading'. In checking previous posts I can tell you that I am the only user so I do not have a password invoked nor have I altered the original BOINC settings. This issue happens when I turn the computer on or leave the computer after using it for a period of time. Ideas or suggestions? Thank you |

Post: Hello Ageless, No, I am not the originator of this thread. I was out of town for two days and came home to find BOINC was not updating as normal. I've checked my firewall (ZoneAlarm) and BOINC client, Manager for WIndows, screensaver and _gui stll have access to the Internet. Other suggestions? Thank you, George Are you the same person as Owner who started this thread? |

Post: Hello Jim, If there is an image under my name then that is the screen capture from the stats tab of the BOINC manager. I have continually be processing work so I don't understand why the down turn in results . . . Thanks again, George RAC means zilch, it basically measures the amount of work that is validated in a set period, based on some formula, But I could be wrong ;o( |

Post: Read the WIKI on Recent Average Credit Hello Pooh Bear, Thanks for the quick reply and link. My problem is the results, instead of gradually increasing from lower left to upper right ( / ), are decreasing from upper left to lower right ( \\ ). Regards, George |

Post: Looking at my stats this morning I find that instead of the steady increase my stats look like a penny stock - going on a bumpy downhill run from 136 to 94 over 31 days. The project tab reflects 26162.76 total credits. What happened? I would gladly include a screen capture but don't know how to attach. Thank you |
