I have this problem as well on my DP 2.5 w/ 4G RAM. It seems to be the top fans, not the CPU fans that cycle on and off. I've heard the new firmware update may do something for this, but I've not installed it yet.

I came in this morning to a log file FULL of these messages:

2004-10-06 07:13:17 [SETI@home] Error on file upload: file size (14 KB) exceeds limit (0 KB)
2004-10-06 07:13:17 [SETI@home] Permanently failed upload of 26ap04aa.7733.21600.272152.200_3_0
2004-10-06 07:13:17 [SETI@home] Giving up on upload of 26ap04aa.7733.21600.272152.200_3_0: server rejected file

Does this mean that all these units I crunched are useless? I know the schedular is offline this morning for a re-sync. But it looks to me that all of these wu's aren't going to be uploaded again. Any thoughts?

I'm running a G5 DP 2.5 (liquid cooled baby!) so these wu's are getting crunched fast. But it doesn't matter if they can't be uploaded. Running BOINC 4.09 and Seti 4.02.
