Posted 11 Feb 2010 by ![]() Post: I wud love to up grade to a water unit or do the fish tank route but my case has 5 fans all with 3000 rpm fans...YESSS IT IS LOUD...WHAT??..with stock cpu fan, oc'ed 2.7, north/south bridge 2000rpm heat sink coolers, ram heat sink plates, at 100%cores running 24/7...i never see more than 40'c...oh also hdd duel 20mm fans |

Posted 28 Jan 2010 by ![]() Post: Being an owner of a Phenom quad..i found it usefull to turn off allll uneeded services if one is not sure of the services needed for Windows, one can go to Blackviper.com and get an exstensive list of what services to turn off, actually he has several variations on what to turn off..ect. |

Dame on Mars for six years only expected to run only 90 days..in that time lost 2 wheels and had arm motor problems. What a testement to what unlimited money and German as well as others, scientist can do..WOW. Best wishes for Opportunity. |

Does hard drive speed effect seti?

If it is in ur bios..set ur UDMA to the hights setting ..or auto..You can download HDD monitering such as SpeedFan from Download.com, which will send u to a HDD health checker, or if u have something like SystemSuite with diag tools. If its an oooold drive (2/5 years or more) wera will be a factor. |

Posted 8 Apr 2009 by ![]() Post: How dose an 89 hour project turn into an 210 hour project? The time to complete reads 89hrs..but after several hours the time to complete rises..and of course the CPU time to completion, after four days is 210 hours...Oh i am running AstroPulse. |
