My techs get a lot of practice on Windows and Mac's installing modems and nic cards. I would like for them to pick-up some Linux experiance before we are overrun by it. What is generally the most in-use Linux platform out there. Are there any other general practices or even specific things you would expect a technician to know about Linux. Please take into consideration that I am sending you a technician with generally 1 to 2 years experiance. I know... I wouldn't let someone that inexperianced touch my computer either.. buttttt.
