Posted 21 Mar 2015 by ![]() Post: As stated, I can't - it does check: This is the error message: There's already an account with that email address So I can either delete the new account (but I don't see a way) or, it says I can claim credit from an old account.. I'd prefer plan a, kill off the new a/c. |

Posted 21 Mar 2015 by ![]() Post: OK; I was a user, I lost my account due to ISP malfeasance, I'm back - I created a new account & it said I could claim my back history. I tried; I found my old account is still active (so I can't claim back my old data). I also can't change my old account to my new email (as I just used it on the new a/c) - I did manage to work out my old a/c login details. How, then, do I deactivate either account so I can go back to being my old self please? |
