The SETIspirit voice control allows to easily operate the SETIspirit program functions via voice commands and offers the possibility to output current information and reports by voice output. Currently 256 voice commands are supported. Due to their logical structure they are easy to learn. The online tutorial is a good place to start. If desired, the SETIspirit voice control displays all available voice commands in a context-sensitive manner, so it is not necessary to learn any voice commands. After a short time you will appreciate the advantages of the smart voice control. The SETIspirit voice control does not transmit any information over the internet and does not need an internet connection for its function (just as the complete SETIspirit application). My current PC is now running for more than 5 years 24x7 without problems. My current processor is a AMD Ryzen 7 1800X CPU @ 3,7 GHz, working with 14 cores for BOINC running at 58C. If you have a big case with a good air flow and also a good cpu cooler you can reach these low temperatures (My configuration: Cooler Master MasterCase Pro and be quit! Dark Rock Pro 3 CPU Cooler). Â

Til today there have been 5 major releases and 24 updates with new features and bug fixes. Many improvements are due to the feedback from you. Thanks a lot for this! Thanks for your info Eric and thanks to the team for the hard work! I was having issues with downloads for the last couple hours, but a reboot on my home router solved that issue, and I just got a bunch so it seems OK. Same problem, same resolution: a restart of my router fixed it, too.

If you can't do this, terminate SETIspirit using the task manager. Also set these options in the [Layout] section of the SETIspirit.ini file: [Layout] frmAllProjectStats=0 frmFreeDCProgramStats=0 which prevents to open the "free-dc program stats" and "free-dc signature graphic" window at SETIspirit startup. These layout options also prevents to open the windows, if you restore the SETIspirit window layout. The next SETIspirit release will fix this issue. Regards, Dirk Â

This function is completely independent from external statistics such as BOINCstats or Free-DC, as the SETIspirit credits history evaluates the replies of the project servers. This independence makes the credit history function very reliable. The credits can be displayed for each project in day-, month- or year statistics. Daily at 23:40h SETIspirit automatically updates all projects and at 00:00h the current credits are saved. The credits history function can be accessed via the 'boinc stats' command button menu. This issue can be caused by an outdated scheduler URL, which is not updated by the boinc client because the project isn't running on the SETIspirit host. You can fix this easyly by reseting and updating this project with the boinc manager, which will automatically update the scheduler URL. Regards, Dirk

In this case, the reinstallation of SETIspirit does not solve the problem. Obviously, Active-X components required by SETIspirit are not present in the system and / or correctly registered. Please check your registry with the freeware CCleaner (Scan for Issues) and if necessary repair the registry with this tool (Fix selected issues ...). Repeat these steps until CCleaner no longer finds any registry errors and then restart your computer. Then install SETIspirit again (it's not necessary to uninstall SETIspirit before). If the error persists, please write an e-mail to info@setispirit.de stating your operating system (Windows 7/8.0/8.1/10, 32 or 64 Bit). I then send you the instructions for a manual registration of the Active-X components. Regards, Dirk
