SH@2 team:
I understand that there might be several problems with programs and servers, but "Team" knows our email adresses and can inform about problems if you want to do it.

Now only information for us "crunchers" is few days old "Yeah right... 60% something Ok"...

I can wait. I Can wait 5 years, I can wait 10 years if i have INFORMATION about that i'm not the only one who is waiting.

You need ONE GOOD PR-person to keep 25.000 or more (5- million) members to be informed what you are doing NOW and why you are doing that... Why system is NOW down.

Hi!

At least you are not alone :-)

I believe there (at Berkeley) is something still down and i hope they will fix systems soon..

Ofcourse after several days server problems and maintenance there will be quite a rush, when everything is up again.

Can't do anything but wait and hope ;-)

6) Questions and Answers : Wish list : More "back to" links (Message 589)

Hi!

I noticed this very small detail :)

When i'm browsing my account etc. i can find that one and only "back to" link goes to Seti@home main page.

When i'm deep on tree looking some WU details, i hope some more links.

One might be somethink like " Back to your account page" Maybe some others too?

It is quite frustrating push several times back button on my browser or go throw Seti mainpage.

Propably someone has been thinking this already and links are coming in first suitable situation ;)

Two latest WU's gave this error with 3.07 - W2k pro - AMD 2700+ (i,m not sure yet if both was from that host)Pending credit was 0.09 both.

stderr out 3.07

SETI@Home Informational message -9 result_overflow

11) Questions and Answers : Wish list : Cache: To be or not to be... (Message 269)

Hi!

I'm thinking about this cache system...
Example:
I get my cache full at once as usual, but when WU are ready and reported, i do not get new work.

So at the some point my cache is empty and then i will get again many many wu's to work with.

But if that "some point" is when servers are down my crunching stops.

Will this be like this, or is it possible to get new work every time when one WU is ready, so cache would be allways full?
Crunching should be protected at every situation for several days.

Sorry about my bad english, i hope you understand what i mean :)

Ari
