Posted 18 Jul 2008 by Laphtiya Post: This could be a heat problem. Well my CPU under 100% load using prime95 never goes above 70 decrees C ran for 48 hours not a single problem. The max the processor can take is 90 degrees. When using boinc the cpu never hits over 55 Degrees. I'll have a look at the event viewer now but Vista EV doesnt make sense lol. Cant seem to find it, all I remember it was a physical memory dump and it might have been IRQL not equal or less error. Any clues how to find it in Event viewer? |

Posted 17 Jul 2008 by Laphtiya Post: Okay first some details about the system. Q6600 running at 3.4Ghz 2GB DDR3 1800Mhz Dominator 1GB 3870X2 Windows Vista 64bit Boinc 5.10.45 Whenever I run BOINC sometimes the system will run fine for hours but then all of a sudden it will bluescreen and crash. I am sure it is only BOINC doing this because it is the only thing running at the time. Any ideas on what might be going on? |

I was at work so you can imagine what ppl were like there. I think its probably just some stattic maybe from a solar wind from the sun or something like that. But hey it looks cool so I thought I would just share it with everyone here |
