That falling wet stuff has has varied between drizzle and lite rain all day here as we maxed out at 16C (felt like 13C) with exactly the same expected tomorrow.

At least I brought a few bits of steel inside to dry off so that tomorrow I can at least start on cutting the pieces that I need for my next project.

Anyhow I better start thinking about dinner before doing some more streaming.

Cheers.

It's another windy night. Wind advisories are in effect until 8 p.m. The current temperature is 12 ° C (54°f), with a height of only 60°f (16°c). It looks like there may be snow tomorrow and Sunday. Spring and Winter are having a tug of war over here.
Have a great day, everyone.

Good Friday has got off to a very soggy 14C (felt like 11C) start with just 17C being expected today (if we can make it that far) as we get hit by rain coming in off the coast and down from the NW at the same time.

I've been downstairs clearing space to get a bit of metalwork done for the last hour and I reckon that it must be time for a 2nd coffee.

Cheers.

A bit of sunshine would be nice tomorrow, but it looks more like just another repeat of today sadly. We did finally reach our expected max for a change hitting a very soggy 17C (feels like 14C). 13C is expected in the morning.

At least the rain is taking break again, but it's just been replaced by drizzle, though as of 9am this morning we were 20mm over our March average and now just 45mm short of where we should be by the end of this month.

Anyhow it's time for some TV while I think about dinner, or not.

Cheers.

"Enjoying" bouts of sunshine and showers.
So glad I didn't put my laundry out on the line before going shopping.

Posting on a damp Saturday morning in the highlands with drizzle falling, but rain and thunderstorms are expected, as we got off to a 16C start with 20C being our target for today.

Anyhow it's time for another coffee as I think about what to do today.

Cheers.

With a couple of breaks in the falling wet stuff along with a couple of splashed of sunshine we got to a muggy 20C and those couple of breaks allowed me to get a few things done outside and I managed to get Dog to come out of her shed for dinner.

Anyhow that's enough of this Saturday for me.

Cheers.

It's bound to rain now - the trigger being me putting my laundry out on the line to dry.

Same... I'm the Butterfly Effect Laundry Rain God around here. I guess every region has one. :^) Water evaporates from laundry, condenses into clouds, rains back onto laundry... it's the Circle of Life.

So that's why my last load of washing has been on the line for 5 days now.

We got off to a damp 15C (felt like 14C) start here as a fine lite drizzle continues while 24C is expected along with more of the falling wet stuff which we may see an end of on Thorsday.

Anyhow it's time for coffee.

Cheers.

Oh great. Just started reading your posts about rain and low a behold I look at a window and see flashes. So i looked out to see Thor lighting it up. Any laundry on the line I soaked now. Nothing left but wait while the walls vibrate to Thor's thunderous beat.

We're back! Thank you, Eric. Angela told me it might take a week to fix it this time. Eric and David are working on a paper that will be published soon. That was a priority.

Just in time to get a couple of posts in before a P.O.E.T.S. Day LLB must be had, especially after 4 days of being confined indoors by a big dump of rain. We've already blown past this month's long term average by 30mm and we've already reached the point where we should be at the end of this month for the year to date long term average.

We got off to a 12C (felt like 11C) start with 21C expected, but we're going to have to see some sunshine to get there.

Anyhow it's time for my last coffee break for the morning now that everything outside has been sorta caught up with, definitely no watering is required.

Cheers.

Thor's been playing a steady event gig here. He's been booked from two days ago to the end of the week.
