Well that rain has been trying all day to get up the slope, but it still can't get anywhere near this far up as yet so I'm off to bed.

Cheers.

Winning on a Tuesday morning where it's 9C (feels like 6C) as these showers begin to clear off with 14C being expected.

Anyhow it's coffee time.

Cheers,

I must of slept well last night as the 12mm of rain that fell on my steel roof I didn't hear at all, but a few showers are still roaming about, though after being outside I doubt that I'll go out again this morning and the wind hasn't even arrived yet.

So I might as well OD on a 4th coffee while I decide on what sort of nothing that I'm going to do today, I'll get back to my pruning tomorrow.

Cheers.

Having fun wondering why my electric service is having power sags. Random dims in lights lasting about half a second. This has been going on for weeks at all hours of the day.

It has been happening in fair to rainy weather. No rhyme or reason to the pattern.

The temp managed to reach a windy, but sunny, 14C (felt like 10C) here today, but tomorrow should be a better day.

Anyhow now that the big light is out it's time to hunker down for the night.

Cheers.

In the park our lines are buried, outside lines are on poles that are taken care of by SCE which is the local electric company.

It is the same here. Except I live in town.

Hazy skies, and there is some smoke in the air. Currently, it is 64 with a high in the mid 90's expected.
There are too many fires all around. I just heard about a 280-acre area cleared last year burned again. Short flames but they shot through quickly.

We're off to a foggy and frost 0C (feels like -2C) start here in the highlands with 15C being our target for the day which will likely before showers start to roam about later in the afternoon.

Well I've got a load of washing done and as soon as that fog goes away I'll hang it out on the line after which I'll get back to my pruning.

Anyhow it's time for another coffee.

Cheers.

While I was outside working away those experts decided to lower our max target down to 14C and 14C is what we hit (felt like 11C). My load of washing was also dry and now is back inside.psychedelic

Anyhow I'm just going to enjoy the last few hours of daylight here.

Cheers.

Clear warm and windy. Not good weather for fires. Keep an eye out for smoke.

Listening to NPR. The program “1A”. The topic is about climate change and childrens health.
It makes you have to stop and think about how the temperature goes up and air quality goes down.
How are the mosquitoes Carlos? Not a problem here at all. I think I’ve seen a total of 2 in the last few months.

Getting badly stretched at both ends of the phone...

... And thus I too soon head off to the Food Desert.

Really must sort out the food bit this time!

Winning on a sunny Thorsday morning on top of the range where we got off to a 5C (felt like 2C) start with 14C being our target, unless they change that again in the next few hours.

Cheers.

It's now up to 11C (feels like 7C) as I'm about to go and prune the 2 trees in my backyard.

[edit] 1 down, now for a quick cool down break before I attack the other.

Cheers.
