Getting ready to go shopping. Have a hard time wanting eggs. I would love to see the golden chicken that laid them. The price for a dozen is like 2 gallons of petrol in the gas tank.

I almost got 2 new wicking tubs finished, except that I fell a few scoops short of my compost guru to complete the 2nd tub, but I'm going to cool off with a ginger beer or 2 now before I mix up some more and start on a 3rd tub.

It's also a muggy 21C (feels like 18C) with 24C being expected before some possible showers.

We got off to a 12C (felt like 11C) start here (26C is expected) and with the sun now shining brightly we're already up to 14C (feels like 12C).

Today I have 2 more wicking tubs to complete (I got 2 done yesterday), but 1st up I have to cut and perforate more PVC pipe for these last 2 smaller tubs (I had another 6m length passed over the fence yesterday), so that should keep me busy for the day unless I get interrupted.

Anyhow I'll get 1 more coffee in before I start on that job.

About 25 Minutes ago, my Veneer at Tooth #9, (front upper left tooth), POPPED OFF - AGAIN!!!!! :-O

I'm going in to my dentist's office, Monday morning, to replace the Veneer with a FULL Crown to STOP
THIS NONSENSE of the DAMNED THING CONTINUOUSLY POPPING OFF!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

I REALLY DON'T HAVE the money for a Crown!

I'm just taking a break after cutting up enough PVC pipe pieces up out in the sun for my last 2 tubs as the temp here hits a still muggy 21C (feels like 20C), but at least the perforating can be done inside where it's much cooler once my break is over.

[edit] Well that's my break done and now for that boring job. ;-)

The fusion reactor is starting to light up the sky. Just some high level clouds to be seen. Someone must have stubbed there toe or something. A ambulance is parked at the flat next to mine.
