A major brick in the foundation of the music of our generation has passed. David Crosby dead at 81.  Singer-songwriter-guitarist David Crosby, a founding member of two popular and enormously influential ’60s rock units, the Byrds and Crosby, Stills & Nash (later Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young), has died, his representative says. He was 81 years old. A cause of death has not been revealed. Teach Your Children |

R.I.P. I remember David Crosby most from when he appeared, along with Graham Nash, at David Gilmour's "Remember that Night" concert at the Royal Albert Hall in 2006. Shine on you Crazy Diamond |
