Getting ready for a spinal realignment. The Sandman is waiting and the sheets are ready. Just have to turn on a fan for air circulation and lay the tired body done. |

Yep... We've gone straight from very dry to very wet. No surprise: Sewage hits nearly 50 beaches in England and Wales after heavy rain How do the £££multimillion water industry bosses get away with such cr*p??? Meanwhile, we are back to a much more Blighty overcast wet with an added chilly damp. Enjoy! Winning early on a Thorsday morning. As soon as I finished getting that last gutter up a couple of mates turned up to celebrate the feat. Later this morning I have to pull them all down, silicone them up and then paint them before permanently fitting them back up. Anyhow it's coffee time now. Cheers. |

With an hour to go until sunrise it's -1C (feels like -4C) with a sunny 17C expected. Cheers. |

We're certainly going to hog it while it's here Martin, for at least the next 4 days anyway to try and dry this soggy ground out a bit. ;-) And it's going to be a great sunrise here today as that orb comes closer into view. :-) Cheers. |

Adding Cable TV to my internet access and now I have a speed boost too, from 200 to 300. A friend needed TV in her room. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I'm just about to engage in my annual debate with my telco...... They are offering me a 111% increase in bill for no extra service, that will be an "interesting"discussion. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

The speed increase is system wide on Spectrum, so I got a free upgrade. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

There's pluses and minuses to getting a bit before 4am (unintentionally of cause) on a Thorsday as I've just caught up on my Hump Day domestic duties that got put off yesterday, but damn I've still got a lot of work to do and I'm starting to feel worn out already 4.5hrs later. It's now up to 7C (feels like 5C) here and it's well and truly time for a 2nd coffee break before I start setting stuff up outside for my next job. Cheers. |

I'm just about to engage in my annual debate with my telco...... ... an "interesting"discussion. If you're in a good coverage area for mobile, take a look at going mobile broadband and do away with the old telegraph lines wiring silliness! Enjoy the more modern days of going cyber!! (And no installation charge! PM if you want details...) See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Something is going on with my upload. The download speed is 935 Mbps but the upload is 0.01. Must be the heat. |

What you don't have Sith cable? It's very dark, they hope to light it up asap. Here I didn't even need to force it... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

The job has finally gone back to weekly paychecks as when I first hired on 25.5 years ago. This makes the second week of single 7 day paydays. Glad to know what the numbers are with and without overtime. |
