Normally I frown on people using vast quantities of paint on roads as part of a protest.
But there are a few exceptions, an this is most certainly one of them.

(Where were plod during this painting session? Probably sitting just round the corner laughing at the audacity of the event unfolding before them.)

Art artfully in action:

Ukraine's Banksy stamps feature art of Putin in judo match
wrote:
Ukraine has issued postage stamps featuring a mural by renowned UK graffiti artist Banksy to mark the first anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion.

The mural depicts a man resembling Russian President Vladimir Putin being flipped during a judo match with a young boy.

The original art is on a house that was devastated by Russian shelling in the town of Borodyanka, near the capital Kyiv...

More speculation over gas pipes, but makes more sense than Seymour's fantastical theory.

US officials have seen new intelligence that indicates a shock new suspect was behind the Nord Stream bombings, according to a report.

....German investigators believed the unidentified group were made up of five men and one woman using professionally falsified passports, according to a separate report by several German media.

German officials had identified the boat suspected to have been used in the attack, according to the broadcasters ARD, SWR and weekly Zeit.

The yacht in question is said to have been rented out by a company based in Poland, belonging to two Ukrainians, per the German report, which referred only to sources in multiple countries.

The commando group are said to have set sail from the north German port of Rostock on September 6, 2022 and was localised the following day on the Danish island of Christianso in the Baltic.....

I think this is a cock-and-bull story. The "perpetrators" have rented a recreational sailing yacht. With that they started from Rostock port, wandered around in the southern Baltic Sea (best beach spots in the summertime), stoppover at Rügen island, then went to Danish waters around Bornholm. Traces of explosives were later found on the yacht's table. And with such a small 15m (50 ft) yacht six people then transported at least 1 metric ton of explosives and all the required equipment for two divers for deep diving (not scuba diving), in order to place the explosives on three pipelines in 80 meters (260 ft) deep water? 1 ton of explosives! Pipelines were designed for high pressure of up to 220 bar (steel pipe: 1.1m /3.8 ft inner diameter, 27-41mm (1-1.6") walls, ticker at the start in Russia, less at the end in Germany; up to 150 mm (6") concrete coating as ballast to keep it on the sea ground).

In a large-scale administrative assistance operation, the German Federal Police "contracted" several warships (minesweepers, auxiliary ships) from the German Navy to conduct an own investigation at the crime scene (The Swedes and Danish don't cooperate with German authorities in this investigation. This is understandable considering the disastrous record of German intelligence services and espionage for Russia etc.). The German investigation used an underwater drone of the German Navy to take some photos. Further investigations have been canceled because nobody, neither the German Federal Police nor the German Navy, has the equipment or appropriately trained divers to dive down to 80m. That such a small team with a rented sailing yacht should have blown up these pipelines is ridiculous.

That's even pathetic for an intelligence agency's false flag operation. Some people are sent on a "top secret" mission to Germany and all they could achieve there was renting a raggedy little sailing yacht, dozens of which are kept there for tourists for nice-weather trips during summer. And after returning the yacht traces of explosives were found on the dining table---a striking proof. Any bank robber knows: burn the getaway car...

This "evidence" was then pursued by a large-scale investigation team founded by several German public TV broadcasters and a respected weekly magazine? One seriously wonders if they've all lost their minds.

Compared to this nonsense, the Hersh story still looks more credible. Or any other story that's circulating at the moment. For example the discussion which suggests the Nord Stream 1 pipeline was prepared by the Russians for detonation long time in advance. Then one of the two Nord Stream 2 pipelines unexpectedly cracks (accident) because the last sections of these pipelines were finished by less experienced companies (U.S. sanctioned the main contractor which stopped construction work). So the last segments of the pipeline were finished in poor quality. After the accidental breakup Russia now feared that all four pipelines would be inspected underwater. So Russia decided (17?) hours later to blow up both Nord Stream 1 pipes to hide the evidence. That would also offer an explanation why the second of two Nord Stream 2 pipelines is still intact.

Then there was this Greek oil tanker idling for 7 days above the explosion site...

Just as interesting is why now for yet another conspiracy 'theory' about the Nord Stream pipes?

New propaganda to deflect from other news?...

Or preparatory propaganda for some political maneuvers?

I wouldn't call that propaganda. The author assembles publicly known or researchable facts into a coherent picture - a theory.
On the other hand there are German public television stations with budgets in the hundreds of millions and a large weekly newspaper which present their "media coup" they had investigated and indentified six perpetrators that had traveled to Denmark on a cosy sailing yacht, 1 ton of explosives in the bunks.... and Boooom three pipelines are gone. I'd call that a special type of propaganda: dumbing down the people. My opinion.

We will find out the truth in decades - or never.

PooTin actually knows who done it, but he'll let others take the blame for his "red flag" operations.

PooTin rejects theory about Ukrainian role in pipeline blasts.

Then there's What's known — and not — about US-Russia military air crash and is he really Recruiting Women Prisoners for War After Large Troop Losses?

My own take on the pipeline explosions says, that it would be very difficult for a small team on a yacht to do it, think difficulty of finding target and placing explosives as shown in WW2 with midget subs and the dam busters.

Ther easiest way would be inside the pipe using the same technology as pipeline cleaning and inspections, where a "pig" is inserted and moved along by the pressure of the gas or fluid. And then triggering the explosion after a suitable distance.
I had a small period where https://pipeline-innovations.com/ were one of our clients, I know they used or sold the equipment to Russian companies in the 90's.

Or will he wind up being minced chef instead?

The theory of explosives in "pigs" have already been ruled out by all publicly available facts. Photos from explosion sites indicate the explosive devices were placed outside the pipelines.

The yacht story is fishy because of the water depth. Deep diving requires experienced divers with helium-oxygen mixed gas equipment. After staying only 30 minutes at depth, the ascent to the surface requires many stops and a total of hours of waiting time for decompression. If decompression times aren't observed, it's suicide. The divers would have to carry many breathing gas bottles with them or a large diving team would have to exchange bottles. Other deep diving equipment, like remotely operated drones, rigid deep diving suits, or decompression chambers would need to be based on a much larger vessel.
