Time flies!!...

and so do midges

And mozzies...

Still splatting an occasional hardy hungry blighter!

Hope they haven't gone COVID and mutated some antifreeze to linger through winter...???

Ah yes, the mozzies, before I was born I heard they were really biting...

Cloth and wood, sounds like a job for Harry Potter almost.

Dealing in 'magic'...

Why oh why can we not have on all equipment a simple blinking diagnostics panel that is simply a grid of indicator lights, or good old fashioned understandable dials?... Far better to be able to see what is happening rather than trying a game of twenty guesses before the thing goes boom!

And the barmy fun just now is?...

We have cool dark damp weather and of all the things to fail... It was one of the smaller ones but still critical... A cooling fan!!!

Rerunning a test whilst under observation over a steaming hot brew!

Bright sunshine has again greeted us here this morning so it looks like I'll get the rest of the yard mowed after all, but 1st will be the local government voting across at the hall.

Cheers.

I did my voting, got he mowing completed, had a few beers and now I'm starting to feel a bit peckish as storm cells build up and head in this direction.

BTW, it's 25C (feels like 23C) here ATM.

Cheers.

Message 2089547 - Posted: 4 Dec 2021, 4:36:21 UTC

Last night I found 1 bug, disposed of it, did what I needed in the bathroom, then immediately went back to bed.

I drove people around, they got their stuff done, the car got fueled up to 3/4 of a tank, I had lunch, a friend brought my 2 UPS pkgs(7lbs worth) in and put away the adj steering column, plus I got an estimate for installing said column with my current steering wheel, estimate is $360 which I'll have on December 30th.

I ordered some supplies from Amazon, like 36lbs of kitty food, some clothes, DVD-R discs($5.47 for 15, data-video type, I need to burn a Windows10 iso that came from MS to DVD-R, DVD-R was less than DVD+R), 2 DVD movies(StarWars SOLO+Phineas&Ferb), 2qts ATF fluid like before, a windows10 book(3rd edition).

The Back to the Future Trilogy on DVD is late according to Amazon, sigh.

I'd be enjoying this morning's sunshine if it wasn't for the gale blowing in off the coast. Currently it's 16C (feels like 11C) here while 20C is expected before the wet returns this arvo.

It'll have to warm up more before I go out to fill the garbage bin with some prunings.

Cheers.
