Thankfully I'm as safe as can be seeing that I'm fully vaxxed, are you?

At the latest count here down under there are 3,812 (not all are in for COVID related symptoms) in our hospitals ATM with 341 of them in ICU of which 92 are on ventilation and the vast majority of them are the un-vaxxed (>95%).

But those moronic covidiots are solving a problem for us all by themselves each time they hold a protest, but sadly they're also taking a few with serious underlying health problems with them as they pass away.

Though thankfully over 92% of us here down under (12yrs old and over) are now fully vaxxed and according to all news reports today the run on 5-11yr olds getting in for their 1st dose have greatly exceeded the current available supply. ;-)

Well the main news here ATM has a lot of focus on Belgium and I'm starting to think that maybe someone should start a "By Country Moronic Covidiot" info site.

Now going on vaccination rates in Belgium (the site does not state whether the percentages are base on total population or just those who are eligible) it seems like there's about 20% of the population fit into the above subject. I couldn't be bothered trying to search all this stuff out, but it seems that much of Europe sits around that average from the few making news ATM.

Going on what I can find on U.S. vax rates (if someone could point me to a link similar to the above please do) that would put about 35% of the population into that category as well.

I'm sure that there might be a worse off 1st world country around, but ATM I havn't found 1 yet and I'm not that interested in wasting my time trying to go any further now (BTW, I don't regard either China or Russia as 1st world, 2nd world in my books, but certainly not 3rd world) so you're all welcome to stick a link in (the same with the U.K. as well that doesn't need a modern version of Office to view it, but they do look to be nearly as good as here except in the London LGA for some unknown reason). ;-)

Allowances will have to be made though for war torn 3rd world countries sadly.

Novax Dclownovic just keeps digging himself into a bigger hole all by himself. Not only is he now claiming that his agent ticked the incorrect box on his travel declaration before entering Australia (a form that he was suppose to complete personally himself) he also travelled from Serbia to Spain in the 14 days before he flew to Australia last week (which was another no no under our conditions of entry), but he's also broken laws back at home in Serbia that could get him up to 3yrs in jail there.

My unvaxxed correspondent (in the covid sense - I don't know her status with regard to other pathogens) has been complaining of shingles. That's caused by another virus, which - after causing a childhood bout of chicken-pox - lies dormant in the nervous system until re-activating in later life. I'm wondering whether there could be a cross-over between the two separate viral effects?

Symptomatically very similar, if not identical.
According to friends who have shingles the symptoms range between lots of itchy areas without a rash, rash but no itching, an itchy rash, to a really painful rash. Which sound very similar to the non-respiratory symptoms displayed by some people with Covid, and a whole load of other viruses.

As the Immigration Minister here decides the fate of Novax Dclownovic even more lies are getting uncovered and then this turns up.

Experts suggest Novak Djokovic’s positive Covid-19 test was ‘manipulated’.

...Documents provided to court by Djokovic’s lawyers seeking to overturn his 11th-hour visa cancellation revealed that the 34-year-old took a PCR test at 1.05pm on December 16, and returned a positive result seven hours later.

But according to an investigation by Der Spiegel, the digital timestamps on Djokovic’s test result – accessed via Serbia’s public central test registry – suggest the test was not from December 16 at all, but rather 2.21pm on December 26.

“Such timestamps are normally produced automatically by corona test systems, marking when individual tests are entered into the relevant database,” the newspaper claims.

“That usually happens just a few minutes after the test result becomes available.”

A second, negative test result was also provided to court by Djokovic’s lawyers.

“That test was apparently meant to prove that Djokovic had since recovered from his Covid-19 illness,” Der Spiegel writes. “According to the documentation presented, it is from the afternoon of December 22 – and the timing of that test is confirmed by the digital timestamp.”....

....The Serbian testing system assigns a consecutive identification number to each test. Djokovic’s positive test, allegedly from December 16, is numbered 7371999.

But the number for his negative December 22 test is 50,000 spots lower. Der Spiegel notes that according to Serbian health data, precisely 50,000 tests were performed between December 22 and December 26.

In other words, it appears the negative test was performed prior to the positive test and entered into the database, not the other way around.

“Based on these pieces of evidence, the most plausible explanation is that the positive test result was added to the official Serbian database on the 26th of December, and not on the 16th,” said IT experts with the digital security group Zerforschung, which worked with the newspaper to take a closer look at Djokovic’s test certificates.

In another twist, Der Spiegel reports that “things got strange” when it scanned the QR code linked to Djokovic’s positive December 16 test.

“At 1.19pm on Monday (CET), the result from the scan was ‘Test result Negative’,” the newspaper writes.

“Such a result would have destroyed Djokovic’s case for being allowed into the country. About an hour later, though, at 2.33pm on Monday, a second scan of the QR code returned a different result: ‘Test result Positive.’”....

Rumors running around Canberra are saying that the joker is gone, but as we await the official decision from the minister I wonder what more will come out about this criminal fraudster.

BTW, the maximum penalty for giving false testimony under the Crimes Act here is a prison sentence of five years and that's on top of the Immigration Act's jail time so I wonder what the joker thinks of his plan to force his way into the country now.

And it just gets worse for Novax Dclownovic.

Not only is he looking at up to 7yrs in jail here for being totally stupid (3 charges are now involved there) and 3yrs in his own country for not following COVID isolation rules there, he's now under investigation by Spanish authorities for the same reasons as here.

Tennis journalist Ben Rothenberg revealed Spains’s policy stipulates “unvaccinated tourists” are not allowed to enter the country and he’d need to prove his work was “essential” to get in.

Fellow tennis reporter Gaspar Ribeiro Lanca tweeted: “Breaking news: COPE reports that the Spanish Government is now investigating whether unvaccinated Novak Djokovic entered the country illegally in late December.

“Since September 20, citizens from Serbia need a vaccine certificate OR a special exemption to enter Spanish territory but so far the authorities say they did not receive any request from Djokovic.”

James Franey of the Daily Mail tweeted: “Novak Djokovic faces fresh allegations he broke Covid travel rules — this time when he visited Marbella last month, Spanish diplomats say. Spain’s government has ordered a police investigation. Djokovic’s team declined to comment.”

It means Djokovic is under investigation by three countries: Australia, Serbia and Spain. Serbia is investigating whether he broke rules around Covid isolation after he admitted to attending an interview and photo shoot even after testing positive.

I'm sorry, but I can't supply a link as this is 1 of those ever changing jobs with each update, though no mention was made on what possible penalties he could face there.

If he was as smart as he thinks he is he'd just go home now before things get even worse for him as it's very likely that more damning evidence could appear and most of his peers are no longer supporting him. It is also being rumoured that the Association of Tennis Professionals is now being pressured into de-registering him if he doesn't get himself vaxxed.
