It's quite dull here and I'm not wearing sunglasses either. ;-) Well that drizzle here showed up a couple of faults with the drain out in the lane so I went out to play in the mud for a couple of hours to do some more corrections and improvements. Now that I've washed the mud off it's beer time. ;-) Cheers. |

Well the clouds parted long enough here to witness the sun set on another Thorsday in the highlands down under. Cheers. |

My right knee went out today, I almost collapsed in the bathroom, the right side of my right knee is in pain, it's a good thing I'm not going anywhere since I'm out of service. If I turn my knee the wrong way my leg wants to collapse, I've taken all of my pills for today, so all I can do is try and stay off of it as much as I can. Well out west from here they can't close roads fast enough as flood waters rise, but we're doing our part here by only getting a fraction of our expected rainfall even though this misty drizzle continues to fall. Even without all those expected falls we've already racked up 155.25mm here so far this month (115mm is the long term average for November) and my rear drains are flowing very well now (I'm just waiting for the fish to start moving up from the river into it). 12.5mm is still required for us to hit the 1 metre mark. Anyhow I'm still trying to locate those gumboots of mine, but I'll have a coffee break now before resuming my search (they can't be far away, but they've certainly found a good hiding place). Cheers. |

We had a down pour while I finally finding my gumboots and after I sprayed them to see what comes out of them and the sun came out instead. It didn't last for that long though as the rain is back again. Cheers. |

My Turkey Day aspersions or is that asparagus? My turkey dinner, 5 mins was not quite enough, I need to read the directions better. I'm making or was making progress on declutering my bedroom until my right knee started to give me problems which is better this morning after some rest. The gray board needs to go elsewhere and the drawers the TV is on need to move next to the dark brown night stands location. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
