Those eggs would go well with bacon.

I'd rather have sausage than bacon.

Sausage goes good with bacon.

I'll try 1 of them. ;-)

We had a very heavy dew here this morning which I'll have to wait until it dries off 1st before going out to do some line trimming around the yard and hopefully the predicted rain and storms will stay away long enough to get that job done.

Cheers.

I had Terminix come here and look at my bed and the trap between the box spring and the mattress, I have bed bugs.

$3000 to get rid of them with 160F heat treatment and Terminix is a monopoly out here.

Other was are $1800 w/a $900 down payment w/a credit score of 600 and undisclosed payment amounts,
or for even more money than the 160F treatment of the whole house is the tent treatment..
$1800 means they come out and spray repeatedly.

Someone coming here would have had to introduce them.

I'm still going to try and get a friend to cover my box spring and then spray at where the carpet
and walls meet with Ortho Home Defense Max Bed Bug spray.

I mean what else can I do currently?

Besides inspect the bed everytime I'm about to use the bed and flush the bugs when I find them.

"Don't let the bed bugs bite."

Anyhow it's looking dry enough now to go out and trim a few hundred metres of edges around the place.

Cheers.

Been bitten and when they're around I itch. Last night they were a no show,
drat and I wanted to give them a tour so badly.

I'm buying some Ortho Home Defense Max bed bug powder for the cracks and crevices in the home,
which is the carpet and wall interface since I'd sealed all the outlets up years ago, I can spray some
around the rear bedroom and living room and front bedroom vents since they are carpeted.

Well that's all them edges done and now I'm going to enjoy a few beers while I wait for the lower half of my body to start communicating properly with the top half again.

Cheers.

Saturday and I have to hit the road before I get snowed in. I love the white stuff when I am home next to a fire.

No snow here but the weather has gone rather chilly and grey...

And there are piles of old leaves across the ground.

Autumn has arrived!

At the moment over here, it is inky black dark above the ground... No need to go under!

No stars, no moon, no sun, no proper time of day or night.

Have we been transported to the dark far side of the moon?!!

The box spring for my bed is now covered, We put the mattress back in place and I had to open the zipper on the box spring to let some air out, but it's done.

Now I just need to empty the clothes dryer and wash and dry my sheets, then remake my bed. :)

The mattress, box spring, and pillow are all now in bed bug proof zipped covers.
