Winning on a Tuesday morning as the sun rises behind clouds and rain.

The jab bus will be departing here in 2 hours, but when it gets back will be another story, though it will be a wet trip.

Cheers.

All is calm and quiet and becalmed...

The beautiful sunset is long past.

Onwards into a new day!

Winning after 17 of us in this village got our 1st jabs and we'll all do it again in 4 weeks time.

But it was certainly a wet 210km round trip.

Cheers.

There should still be a sun and sunshine up there somewhere...

Wow posting after the sun rose. Had to take my daughter to the airport for an early flight.
Happy Tuesday.

October 12, 2021 which is:
NATIONAL VERMONT DAY
NATIONAL SAVINGS DAY
NATIONAL FREETHOUGHT DAY
NATIONAL GUMBO DAY
NATIONAL FARMER’S DAY

I am thinking it's time to put a little money away to buy a farm in Vermont to grow rice. Did I get them all?

Nope Carlos, you missed a spot:

Ada Lovelace Day

What, you want to buy the farm?

Is that ALL of 'em?!

Hence how just the one brew-room can keep 'em all going??...

Posting on a cloudy Hump Day while waiting for more of that wet stuff to fall.

Well that was 4 more than I booked for and we were getting very sick of waiting for the part time traveling circus here to catch up with us. Also with us doing it this way we wound up getting Moderna shots instead of AstraZeneca.

Cheers.

Apart from some really old stuff from the early pioneering days of (the totally locked-in) CUDA, I'm for the last good few years AMD-only for anything new. All running smooth and strong.

Also good to have missed out on a lot of the Spectre and Intel hyperthreaded insecurity silliness...

Today I put 5 bags of crushed 2L bottles in my car's backseat, picked up my GF, got a small loan, bought some food for her and our animals and went home.

I got 2 hugs and 2 kisses, plus I got to put my right arm around her waist. The bottles netted me just above $32. And I lost my hair comb.

Winning after a warm and unexpected sunny afternoon as the sun now prepares to set behind building up dark clouds (looks like we could be in for a wet night).

Cheers.
