A few weeks ago i switched to Solus 4.3.

I like it very much.
It is very close to windows.
It has everything you need to work, and a few games as well.

The problem is no OpenCL.
No big deal for now since seti is no longer active.
I can crunch on windows if i want to.
In long term it would be nice if i could install RocM on Solus.

Anyone else running Solus or did try it earlier ?

Yesterday i installed Boinc 7.20.2 on Solus.
Looks good so far, and surprise the GPU is detected by Boinc.

Running a few einstein tasks for now but the GPU tasks errors out.

It seems its not easy to find a GPU project for AMD GPU`s on Linux.

Do you have beta tasks enabled on Einstein? The beta AMD tasks don’t work too well.
