A few weeks ago i switched to Solus 4.3. I like it very much. It is very close to windows. It has everything you need to work, and a few games as well. The problem is no OpenCL. No big deal for now since seti is no longer active. I can crunch on windows if i want to. In long term it would be nice if i could install RocM on Solus. Anyone else running Solus or did try it earlier ? With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Yesterday i installed Boinc 7.20.2 on Solus. Looks good so far, and surprise the GPU is detected by Boinc. Do you have beta tasks enabled on Einstein? The beta AMD tasks don’t work too well. Seti@Home classic workunits: 29,492 CPU time: 134,419 hours |
