20 days to get my car fixed and smogged, otherwise it has to be towed to be smogged and I lose the ability to buy food since my car is the only transportation available here.

Well that was actually a rather pleasant flight home. Climbed out above the three layers of grey clouds to a pleasant evening flight above the white fluffy tops. Only bumpy bit was during the decent through the final layer, but that was only a few seconds long. Then sat on the tarmac waiting for the steps to arrive, then the buses, then doors to open so we could escape to the airport, where it was a quick stroll though for me, but some were caught in the joys of waiting for the luggage dwarfs to do their interminably slow thing - I'm so glad I do hand baggage only whenever possible :-)

Hopefully that wasn't a 737-MAX?!

If so, good that your luck held true!!!

Bugs 0, Me 2, my right forearm itching stopped after I got rid of the 2, one was a bit bloody looking after being squished, it was not itchy this morning or before, nor afterwards, they are coming thru the rear bathroom window.

I inspected the mattress and the box spring and only found 2, I had to take off the bottom sheet on my mattress, it's amazing what itching will do as motivation and Grace and I laid there for over an hour afterwards in peace.

I was told a nurse can get the window replaced, that will be nice if that's true. My Doctors Office called, but not the interview for the Nurse, unless it was for IHSS & the Nurse in the Doctors call.

I have to take the vacuum back to the rear bathroom and vacuum the window sill of loose foam, then get the caulk and seal any holes at the edge of the foam and the aluminum window slide with some silicon caulk.

The buggy war continues as it has for millennia. I even fixed My PC's mouse cursor, one setting in the control panel was unchecked, now it's checked(Turn On Click Lock) and I now have full control of my mouse.

I just got back from the supermarket with the ingredients for another beer brew (seeing as I will have enough empty bottles ready for it) because Tuesday and Wednesday here are going to snap back to winter so the heat that will be produced from processing my spirit wash and starting the beer brew will be welcome.

Before that I wandered down to the roadhouse for 10L of fuel and after I finish this coffee break I'll get back down there and mix some 50:1 for the Ryobi to get them other edges done as well as shorting a few sections of grass so the mower can go over it. I should have the yard looking pretty good by the time that that cold snap and possible rain gets here.

Cheers.

I just got back to my hotel room after buying about 3/4 ton of rocks. But they are all pretty rocks.

Well I finally just got all 350+m worth of edges and a drain around the whole place done and I'm now declaring it "Beer O'clock" after all that.

I'll start the mowing part tomorrow morning.

Cheers.

As soon as possible I need to get some size 13 4ew edema shoes, the current 12 4ew shoes are almost shot and I had to use scissors on a tear on the left shoe just so I could go outside, today I had some pain in my left foot but that vanished pretty darned quick.

So far the bugs have not returned to my bed, I have the vacuum on standby just in case I need it, though for 1 or 2 my fingers should do.

Soon I need to start getting rid of 6+ trash bags from my living room which is about 20' or so from my bedroom.

Posting the impossible, oops the crystal ball is broken, parts are on back order too.

I ordered a can of powdered eggs for the 3rd time, could be impossible, who knows? Maybe one will get here.

What a mess of a day for the weather with half-hourly variability including low raggedy cloud and raining buckets of sand/dust!...

Gave up and drove across country to an excellent Asian takeaway for a very tasty finish!

Nice and sunny here and that cool wind should keep the sweat down when I go out to finish mowing the yard.

Cheers.
