I tripped and fell at about 3:30am today, it took me almost 10-20 mins to get up off the my hands and knees and off of the floor, I'm plenty sore, but I'll live. One of my feet caught up with my forearm crutch as I was on my way back from the small bathroom and down I went, at least I did not land on my rear. I have an appointment with a nutritionist on Monday by phone. Right now my left hip is hurting once again, no word on the xrays for that yet. I still have not bagged my metal bed spring and the mattress is supposed to be here on Friday, but I did get the new slats in the bed frame a few days back and they're a bit thicker than the old 4. I'm just waiting for it to warm up a little more (and the clover to wake up properly after the frost) before I go out with my 15L backpack and broad leaf spray the yard (hopefully I'll get away with just 1 refill this time).
