For a straight replacement, tedious but should be simple enough.

If this is a conversion job, then all customization bets are anyone's guess!...

I've fond memories of doing a heater matrix swap.... Getting a spare off a scrapper was easy enough. Replacement on my own car required significantly more care. The procedure supposedly required taking the entire windscreen and dashboard out!! Dismantling the steering column for access was the easy bit. Hanging upside down under the dashboard explained the recommended instructions...

Ford made 2 versions of my car, one with an adj column and one without, both are coupes, one was the cool coupe and one was the hot coupe.

The hot didn't come with cruise control, yet the car was prewired for it and is now in there. Even the housing behind the wheel is the same as what my current one uses, though it's not in as good a shape as my current one but that's the plastic shroud, not the column itself.

It's like some think cause my car did not have an adj column as stock, then it must be custom, bunch of BS...

I just has a spot of sunshine on me while I checked the rain gauge, but it only lasted long enough to complete that task, and tidied up a few things around the yard as up to a month's worth of rain has been forecast here over the next 3 days.

ATM outside it is 10C (feels like 6C) and the wind hasn't picked up as yet, but thankfully I can stay inside now where it's warm. ;-)

Cheers.

Going to see a doctor tomorrow. Made a appointment earlier today. I already know some of what I am going to be chewed on. Just need to hear it again. Just hope I don’t have a water pill prescription to fill. I’m in the bathroom enough already.
At times I feel like a blader control commercial. Where’s the bathroom and can you make it in time.

Sounds like time for flowmax as it makes sure the tank empties all the way when you attempt to empty it.

I feel I get the job done. The waterworks thinks it has the neighborhood to supply. Do you get those sudden and urgent urges? Depending on when it hits. You sometimes have to roll the dice.

Helios had been our companion for some time now.
He really seems to be enjoying the NorthWest of late.

Meanwhile, the cloud gods have descended here to cast a preternatural grey gloom all around...

Headlights needed far too soon!

The clouds have lifted to reveal beautiful clear visibility... Under the clouds still.

There is a damp cool humid complete stillness.

And the sun is now hiding elsewhere!!...

A few days and nights of this sort of weather could evoke some greatly mysterious superstitions to encourage the sun to come back!

I just got back from the supermaket across the road with enough supplies to get Dog and I through the next couple of days of rain here. It's now just a matter of time to see whether it's the rain coming in from the NE or the rain coming from the NW that gets here 1st (or will we get smashed by both at the same time?).

Cheers.

Quietly going ever more spooky here...

Cue rumblings and strange noises, weird atmospherics, Aliens, flashing lights and cinematic music?...

It took a bit longer than expected, but the NW rain has finally arrived here with a very wet night ahead.

Cheers.

All you need is a good alien horror movie. Bad weather and dark will work together fine.
