When seti quit, I switched over to milkyway at home and crunched over there since. About two or three weeks or so ago they vanished, no home page, no message boards, no work, and no way to report work. Its like they just dropped off the edge of the earth. Does anyone know what happened there? |

They've been subject to some technical difficulties following an attack on the servers at the university where they are based. Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |

The Boinc forum is a good place to find answers to this type of question https://boinc.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=10279 |

They'll be back after they get past their "Technical Difficulties". You can find Milkyway on Facebook too, though I wouldn't expect much there, Boinc is better. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's ![]() |
