In other news I'm feeling somewhat better, before yesterday I couldn't scoot forward while sitting, now I can. 77yrs ago my dad was either at Utah or about to be and soon enough there should be censored pics too(no Medics symbols) ironic since He never had a pic of the beach itself. No song for this bird...  I still have some shooting pains, was able to elevate my left foot by 3" on a box for an hour today and for 10 mins on top of the 72 igloo cooler at least once I got past the spike in pain for that 10 mins.
