I just bought a $1,2000 iPhone 12 pro. Planning to sue Apple for my iPhone Xs. The main reasons I purchased the Xs was the claim that it was waterproof to 30 feet for upto 30 minutes. Well it got splashed and died. Think it was an internal short. It got so hot it melted the case it was in and nearly burned my leg. Apple would not do anything about it because it's out of warranty. So I will just sue for breach of contract and fraud in the inducement. They should not make claims that are not true. It may take some time but hey, I got the time, don't have to pay myself, and know how to win multi-million dollar lawsuits. Anyone else have a water damaged iPhone? ID: 2076794 ·
