Thanks. Causeway and all, just dark & creepy compared to the real one. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Curiously unseasonably weather indeed. So what has happened to the jet stream? Does the gulf stream follow on with an anomaly to add to the airborne anomaly?? See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Well after that last post of mine a few mates turned up so an extended LLB was enjoyed today. ;-) Anyhow we reached 17C (felt like 14C) here today. Cheers. |

Enjoying some rather patchy sunshine amidst a patchwork of clouds! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

I just got back from having a wander about outside (and having a short play with Dog) I can say that it's definitely chilly out there with a heavy frost on everything for as far as the eye can see. Well I was going to do those brews this morning, but yesterday's LLB crowd did throw a spanner in the works as I didn't get my cook up done so the brewroom isn't ready to do them, though the next 2 mornings are expected to be much colder than today's anyway so I'll get that cook up done instead. Cheers. |

OK... So no frosts but no light show either. The earth continues along a merry dance :-) See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

It's much better outside now with the frost gone as we've gone from 0C (felt like -3C) to 13C (feels like 11C), 17C is expected, but it'll take another 40mins or so before the shed's solar heating gets downstairs up to a good temp for me to open the door of my unit so that I can start my cook up. 1 thing though is that the antarctic blast that is going through here ATM is now effecting the SE tip of P.N.G. and some south pacific islands today giving them some unusually cool weather. Cheers. |

Yes a "super blood moon" happens here tonight beginning just after 7pm tonight and so far there shouldn't be enough cloud cover around to totally obscurer the event while not being too chilly at that time either. The mercury outside here has now reached 16C, but the wind has arrived making it feel more like 13C, and the solar heating system kicked in with downstairs at a cozy 24C so once I finish this coffee break I'll start on my cook up. Cheers. |
