I enjoy vegetarian food with it's range of tastes and textures for what they are, I enjoy meat with its range of tastes and texture for what they are. So why the dishonesty - all those pretend meats are the product of a factory and have nothing to do with the real food that they come from or are supposed to look/taste/feel like.
