Somewhere behind the clouds here?

After many interruptions here yesterday (and a few beers with each 1) I've just finished cooking that meal that I started yesterday (I reckon that it's thick enough now) and I've got the rest of the day to clean up so that I can do that beer bottling tomorrow morning instead.

Cheers.

Sounds like you're boiling up a good Gumbo and brewing some Porter?...

;-)

Or am I dreaming!

There's still at least 30mins to go until LLB here so I'm just having a coffee break while waiting for the 1st lot of washing up to be done cools down enough to get my hands into it. By then that meal hopefully should be cool enough to transfer in another container for further cooling so the slow cooker can then be washed up.

With no interruptions I'll have the brewroom ready for tomorrow morning in an hour.

Cheers.

I think you have the wrong bowl. I made some thick pork vegetable stew today. The bite size pork chunks were fall apart with your teeth only. Cornbread with butter. And whatever you want to drink with it.

After a 90min interruption (and a few beers) I'm finally at the point where I wanted to be at last night (while also getting a 2nd lot of beer bottles rinsed and beer glasses washed out) and now I'm just relaxing over 3oz glass of wild west sipping whiskey.

BTW, that meal that I cooked up made 8 dinners so the fridge and freezer are full again. ;-)

Cheers.

My meal made 4 dinners, so the son, daughter, and son in law are full up too.

Posting on a very ordinary Sunday morning in the highlands down under.

Now I'm going to enjoy a coffee before I make a start in my brewroom.

Cheers.
