That title works equally well for "Positive World, News", "Positive, World News", and for "Positive World News" all alike depending on where you want to put or blur the emphasis. His Holiness the Dalai Lama answered by saying, “In my lifetime, I’ve seen a great deal of bloodshed in a variety of wars. The result of such violence has just been suffering and more hatred. This is one of the reasons why I admire the European Union. Historically several of the nations that are among its members, especially the French and Germans, have regularly fought with each other down the centuries. However, after the end of the Second World War, they realized that constantly viewing your neighbor as your enemy serves no good purpose. Today, we have to think about the whole of humanity. It’s no longer enough just to think of your own nation or continent. The whole world has to be included... Hopefully for our example of "Brexit" for the UK, we are in reality still very much a part of the feelings for Europe regardless of the 'grandstanding' of the present short term politics. We have already enjoyed the first few uninterrupted multiple generations of peace for the first time in recorded history for the largest area across Europe so far in our recorded history. Here's hoping we continue to improve relations across an ever wider area. You missed out the historic Maggie Thatcher and the even more historic Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth I, Joan of Arc, Boudica, and I'm sure others that history should mention better. Note that most leaders carve their name in history for their actions in war and battles and atrocity... I'm sure that His Holiness has chosen his two present day examples with his usual great care and insight for making a positive difference to help and improve our world.
