That was a quick outage. Not even Tuesday? Oh partially cloudy and windy here now. You could say partially sunny too. |

I've got AT&T here. Rather slow DSL, but it's the best I can get over these old phone lines. M e o w. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

DSL died years ago out here, before Verizon handed it over to Frontier, Spectrum cable is sending someone out on Wed to check the plant in the park which is mostly OLD and buried. I was told there could be a leak exposed by the recent rains and yeah that could be, nearly everything man makes breaks down and decays. I wish it wasn't so, but it is fixable. StarLink costs $99.00 a month and that's more than $74.99 that I spend now, no thanks. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Not at $99.00/month plus $499.00 for the equipment package. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

In that case, wait for a bit more take-up and for the pricing to drop all round... Anything is better than rusty old telegraph wires!! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

The cable outside the park was upgraded to handle 1GB service a few years back, inside has never been worked on. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

You should have a good chance of good performance from coaxial cable. The next fight is to overcome the monopoly extorting the cable... See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Tossing my old bed mattress out. It was beginning to become a hazard. Had a spring go sprung and gouged the box springs. Glad it wasn’t me. The new mattress is nice. It better be for what it cost. Lol. Going to toss the old straw mat in the dumpster. |

Spring has indeed sprung! We've had a shift in the breeze and a good positive shift in temperature and we have cool sunshine! Still boggy for a few days yet... See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

It's still winter until the 20th, so not so fast. You can have Spring on the 21st, if you can keep it... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
