Simple answer, do away with title use for online forms, just input initials/first name & surname with another field for gender i.e. M/F.
Job done.

And, when asked how many people it would take to fly this gigantic plane, he said: “All this technology and you still want pilots?
I suppose the iCloud will take of that. :-)

Don't the airlines want to know if there are any doctors on-board in the event of a medical emergency?

Well, this line is a peach:
The futuristic hybrid between a plane and hotel – which has 20 engines powered by nuclear fusion – is designed never to land.

The fiction writer of this has obviously never heard that nuclear power plants of all sizes need to be refuelled periodically, and that means transferring (large) quantities of spent nuclear fuel out of the reactor and replacing it with fresh fuel.

A glance at the images shows a very 1940/50 style of design, nowhere near as good as is achieved by today's large aircraft.

Potential passenger reactions? - I like this one, but I think the time scale is wrong:
As one commenter pointed out: “I bet I still end up next to someone else’s screaming three year old for the entire trip”.

Single men - Be careful You might be the next victim!
Woman sues man for $10,000 after he stood her up on date
While the suit in itself is unusual, what happened during the case's online hearing is being called a circus by many on social media.

"That's not something that’s really justiciable in district court," Judge Herman Marable Jr. attempted to explain to Short (Woman who is seeking the damages). "That has to be brought in circuit court."

Short appeared confused, and Jordan was visibly upset.

.... Short has a reported history of frivolous suits.

How much would you pay for a sheep?
Depending on it's pedigree, a ram can be worth quite a bit of money.

Huntsman Telescope launched to study deep skies and galaxy formation from Siding Spring Observatory

The first deep sky telescope of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere is ready to shed new light on some of the darkest parts of the universe, as it begins surveys from western New South Wales.

"With traditional mirror-based telescopes, they can scatter the light into parts of the field of view that we don't want … it makes it really difficult to find those really faint things around galaxies.
"What we do instead is we have 10 lenses, all looking at the same spot in the sky. We stack those images together to get as much light as possible."
Built almost entirely from off-the-shelf technology, the "eyes" of the Huntsman are 10 commercially available Canon-built telephoto lenses.

It is similar in design to the Dragonfly Telescope Array designed by astronomers from Yale University, but there are none like it in the Southern Hemisphere.

But like other stunned locals, Ms Szumowski's mind initially went elsewhere - was it an alien invasion? An asteroid?

"Mum's on the phone and Dad's in the background going: 'I better hurry up and eat my tea because the world's ending.'"

"And Mum's like: 'What's the point of eating your tea if the world's ending?'"

Amazing what some people will do to get free food...
Subway offering lifetime supply of sandwiches to fans who get foot-long tattoo
Subway is offering a lifetime supply of free sandwiches to fans willing to get a foot-long tattoo of the new "Subway Series" promotion logo.

Subway supporters are welcome to attend a Las Vegas block party Wednesday, where nine fans will be eligible to get a reality TV tattoo star to design the logo tattoo, according to a report.

Anyone who willingly agrees to get the ink on their sternum or back will get free sandwiches for life.

They will also reportedly receive $50,000 worth of gift cards each year.

Smaller tattoos on other body parts can win someone free sandwiches for a year, the report noted.

BBC - Chess robot breaks seven-year-old boy's finger during Moscow Open
A robot broke a seven-year-old boy's finger during a chess match in Moscow last week, Russian news outlets report.

"The robot broke the child's finger," Sergey Lazarev, Moscow Chess Federation President, told Tass news agency. "This is of course bad."

There should be a law against promoting that...

Lifelong self mutilation for the sake of a sales promotion?...

That goes a long way beyond simple "Merchandising"...
