You never heard of the Omnipotent Q? He wants his continuum back... On another matter I have this to say: Ok I got back from the Doctor, had my finger tip pricked, seems I need more IRON, so the Doctor is sending out a prescription for more IRON, but wait there's more... Ahhh... That Q. Yep, that idea did develop nicely through the series after a shaky start. ... Now I need something to eat, I'm hungry. Maybe another 280lbs to go... This is gonna take a while. Keep off the McDonalds and Subway!!! Baked potatoes and beans/veg/salad/spinach are always good ;-) :-) Good luck! I had a sandwich and I'm still a bit hungry. If you can afford it slim fast can be your friend, given your health condition you can't afford not to. |

Dive into a good book until the next scheduled mealtime? Enjoy food but not too much! ;-) Good luck! Martin See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

My stomach makes real painful hunger pains, but then I have what amounts to an upper and lower stomach, so I made a pb&j and some Kroger fruit punch drink mix with water, every 3 or 4 hours. But hey it's not ice cream, even if I had the money there is no room in the freezer. 480lbs is better, now another 280lbs or so to go. Baked potato is okay. But watch the starches. They are converted into sugars. |

Baked potato is okay. But watch the starches. They are converted into sugars. Yeah, I don't buy any cause they spoil too quickly and I don't have much space. Though I had some in some chunky soups that I bought. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Yeah, I don't buy any cause they spoil too quickly and I don't have much space. I have the same problem but I have the space. I buy the small 1.5 pound bags. The small inch and a half to marble size tators. I know they cost more but are used quicker. I got a 5 pound bag of Yukon yellow potatoes that I will be making into potato soup in a few days. I know it looks like a lot but I portion pack in the refrigerator for a few meals ahead. I get four hours of up time after work before I have to get into bed if I want about six hours of sleep. |
